We offer services for all sexes and ages. Recently added a “Newcomer Support Worker” to work with new arrivals to the country who may need services offered by AIDS Niagara.

This program offers a variety of cardiovascular rehabilitation and risk reduction services such as supervised exercise sessions, nutrition counseling, stress management, smoking cessation, and health teach in both group and individual forms. Patients who have had a recent heart attack, angioplasty, heart surgery, angina, congestive heart failure, can access the program through a physician referral.
