The Canadian Hearing Society

Cardiovascular Health & Rehabilitation Program, NHS

155 Ontario Street, St.Catharines L2R 5K3

This program offers a variety of cardiovascular rehabilitation and risk reduction services such as supervised exercise sessions, nutrition counseling, stress management, smoking cessation, and health teach in both group and individual forms. Patients who have had a recent heart attack, angioplasty, heart surgery, angina, congestive heart failure, can access the program through a physician referral.
